Every time aramex (former fastway) needs to deliver me something there are very long delays and issues with the delivery. I just don't understand why they are so inefficient.

First of all, 21 days is a ridiculous number of days to ship something within Australia, even with covid delays. Secondly, the delivery driver delivered the package to the wrong place. We were lucky we were checking the tracking and saw it said delivered, because we found the package sitting in front of the door to unit 5 in the building next door. The driver was obviously careless with their delivery and didn’t double check the building they were delivering to, because if they had looked properly, the would’ve seen the giant “59-61” on the outside of our building. Considering the package not only took a ridiculously long time getting here, but also could’ve been stolen cause it was delivered to the wrong place, I am very unhappy.

If this package was delivered, what unit was it dropped off at? I am home all day and I had no notice from this company as to when to expect anything. A medium pallet should be easy to track. Couriers are dumping articles off and running without so much as a knock on the door. I have had to put in a claim with PayPal about not receiving my pallet.
