Apparently they were unable to deliver the package on 11/27/20 I have absolutely no idea why ? and they have not tried to redeliver it and I have no way to get a hold of them to find out when they’re going to deliver it and they have not gotten a hold of me either!!! I am not happy at all to still wait of my parcel which is in transit for 66days and end of day they told me that my parcel was lost how?? I have send 3 package from italy to belgium but i have receive only 2package how one could be lost i have constate that all package have been in transit at the same time so how could be one lost ?? And 2 was arrived in their destination the number of parcel is 0***2
