I purchased an item that was paid for on May 30, 2020 and was shipped from China. I received a tracking number, but every time I entered it in to the system, I would get a message saying there was no information on my item's whereabouts. I just checked again today (July 25, 2020) querying the site again to find tracking information that told me my item was received in San Francisco, CA on June 12, 2020 and was scheduled for delivery. I have received no contact advising me my shipment is here, no phone call to set up a delivery, NOTHING!!! It's been a month and a half and I haven't heard anything until I discovered today that my item has in fact been received here in the U.S.A. and was supposed to be delivered to me. This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered by far.
