How do we calculate the rating? People are more likely to post negative reviews (for example, when their package is delayed or lost) than positive reviews (when everything is fine). It doesn't mean that bad situations happen more often than smooth delivery, though. That's why we give the negative reviews lower priority to calculate a more accurate carrier rating.

I want my package to be delivered at once. It is been in transit for 118 days!! It has been long. And I'll use this for my online class. I don't know why you had this kind of service to Filipino people! I hope you are dedicated to your jobs. Also, I've sent a lot of request, emails and messages in your social media account. And not even a period was replied to me! You are supposed to bring ease and relief to your fellow citizens yet you are ignoring us! How come other delivery systems have been delivery packages all the time but you PHILPOST!!!! even a snail you can't beat in a race!! Take note of our concerns before this goes to the president and remove you in your positions! You are committing crime to Filipino people! Injustices as you only pick those person you are going to accommodate, so much hate!! do your service better!
