How do we calculate the rating? People are more likely to post negative reviews (for example, when their package is delayed or lost) than positive reviews (when everything is fine). L'enveloppe Xpresspost prépayée est supposée arriver à destination en 2 jours ouvrables au nivaux national. Les 2 fois que j'ai utilisé ce service, mes enveloppes sont arrivées à destination en 4 jours. De l'argent jeté par les fenêtres et des terribles problèmes engendrés par le retard! Horrible!

i've been waiting for my order more than a month now and still did not receive it. when i track my order it says they returned it to the sender because of incomplete address. are they not trying to call the receiver?

My paskage as been stock for five days now in Montreal no further processing just laying there waiting to be process it's 10 hours away from me it's been like that for five days you're realy the worst!
